Not surprisingly, atheists constantly ridicule Christians with contempt and condescension.

..." the new atheists--people like Richard Dawkins--who use science to promote atheism are in fact an embarrassment to science. They are abusing science for ideological ends." - Dinesh D'Souza, in his debate with atheist Michael Schermer at Beckman Auditorium, January, 2008

Christopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins became atheists after long and exhaustive rational inquiries into the existence of , God, both at the age of nine.  - The Irrational Atheist, by Vox Day, page 243

The total body count for the ninety years between 1917 and 2007 is approximately 148 million dead at the hands of fifty-two atheists, three times more than all the human beings killed by war, civil war, and individual crime in the entire twentieth century combined. – The Irrational Atheist, by Vox Day, page 240

"The mind of God, we believe, is cosmic music, the music of strings resonating through eleven dimensions of hyperspace.  That is the mind of God.” – Michio Kaku, www.scienceworldreport.com, June 13, 2016

Simon Greenleaf (1783-1853) was one of the founders of Harvard Law School. He authored the authoritative three-volume text, A Treatise on the Law of Evidence (1842), which is still considered "the greatest single authority on evidence in the entire literature of legal procedure." Greenleaf literally wrote the rules of evidence for the U.S. legal system. He was certainly a man who knew how to weigh the facts.

Greenleaf was an atheist until he accepted a challenge by his students to investigate the case for Christ's resurrection.

Simon Greenleaf Investigation

After personally collecting and examining the evidence based on rules of evidence that he helped establish, Greenleaf became a Christian and wrote the classic, Testimony of the Evangelists ... after thorough investigation of the resurrection, concluded...

"The resurrection of Christ is the most verifiable fact of ancient history" – Simon Greenleaf

“The universe and the laws of physics seem to have been designed specifically for us.” – Stephen Hawking

Which "laws of physics?"  The law of gravity.  What is that law, precisely?

F = G * ( (m1 * m2) / r2)  The value of G is (6.6743 ± 0.00015) × 10−11 m3 kg−1 s−2.

This value is precise to 1 part in 10 to the 60th power.  "Impossible" is defined as 1 chance in 10 to the 50th power. (Emile Borel, statistician)

The even distribution of the mass/energy ratio at the Big Bang is precise to one part in 10 to the 10 to the 123rd power.   (The exponent is not a typo.  It is correct.)

Had any of these constants been different by one part in 10 to the 60th or more, there could be no matter, no universe, no planets or stars or humans.

“It would be very difficult to explain why the universe should have begun in just this way except as the result of a God who intended to create beings like us.” – Stephen Hawking

If atheism is so "rational" and "scientific," then why do atheists leave their beliefs more frequently than any other religion?  The U.S. Supreme Court declared that atheism is a religion.
Torcaso v. Watkins
, 367 U.S. 488 (1961)

The Supreme Court more recently reiterated this finding in McCreary County, Ky. v. American Civil Liberties Union of Ky., 545U.S. 844, 125 S.Ct. 2722, 162 L.Ed.2d 729 (2005).

The Establishment Clause itself says only that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,” but the Court understands the reference to religion to include what it often calls “nonreligion.”

The Insuperable Statistics of Naturalistic Polypeptide Synthesis

Titin is the largest protein in the human body. It consists of 38,138 amino acid residues in a precise sequence.  The first, original synthesis, whether stepwise or in one single, continuous process, consisted of "selecting" 1 out of 20 amino acids making up humans, one at a time, 38,138 times, or 1/20 to the 38,138th power.   The pretense of claiming that "sections" of any protein were "assembled" overlooks the unassailable fact that any "section," however small, had to be assembled under the same statistical constraints.  Whether one does the computations in one step or 1,000 steps, the figures are beyond dispute.  They get a great deal worse, in fact.

Only Levorotary amino acids, not Dextrorotary amino acids are present in human proteins.  The, so 1 in 10 to the 49,618th power has to be multiplied by 1/2 to the 38,138th power or 1 in 10 to the 11,480th power.  One more time for all consecutive peptide bonds, which are equally probable as the random formation of non-peptide bonds.  The product of these three essential elements of original Titin synthesis is 1 chance in 10 to the 72,578th power (not counting whatever calculation is appropriate for the precise folding of the chain.)

Finally, "selection," that magic word Darwin so popularized, demands that at each successive step, there must be some advantage conferred, otherwise the random mutation cannot prevail and multiply.   It is impossible for anyone to explain how 10 to the 72,000 small, individual sections of prospective polypeptides will each provide separate, useful functions en route to their final complex formula of Titin.

Titin is one of at least 20,000 proteins and enzymes in humans, each of which is impossible to produce without an intelligent creator.  (https://www.omim.org/entry/188840\)

The only rational conclusion is that they are creations of the Brilliant Creator.

https://theconversation.com/what-is-a-protein-a-biologist-explains-152870#

If the "sections" were pulled from many other functions, as many argue, it still requires new and separate mechanisms for each and every section, and there would have to be many millions of them.

In fact, to avoid the impossible hurdle of 10 to the -40, which is evolutionary biologist, Richard Dawkins' definition of "impossible," you have to restrict original polypeptide synthesis to a scant 21 amino acid residues, calculating chirality and peptide bonding.

This statistical evidence proves that the universe is a brilliant design, by Nature's God.

In 1943, the distinguished French mathematician Émile Borel stated that “events with a sufficiently small probability never occur” (Institute of Mathematical Statistics).

Dr. Borel chose a fairly safe number, 10 to the minus 50.

Ten to the 50th marbles 1 cm in diameter would fill 92,400,000 spheres the size of our solar system out to earth.  Anyone pretending that they could find one unique grain of sand on their first and only try is delusional.

Let’s look at the volume of ten to the fiftieth marbles, one centimeter in diameter.

There are 100 such marbles per meter, and 100 times 1,000 per kilometer = 105 marbles per km .

Therefore 105 marbles cubed equals 1015 marbles per cubic kilometer.

The volume of earth is 108.3 x 1010cubic kilometers.

 1015marbles/cubic km x  108.3 x 1010cubic  km/earth = 1.083 x 1027 marbles/earth.

1050 marbles / 1.083  x 1027 marbles/earth = 9.234 x  1022 earths filled by 1050 marbles.

This is 923, 400 billion billion earth sized spheres filled with marbles, with only one chance to pick the special unique marble on the first and only try.

Millions of people all over the world have confirmed their understanding of the intelligent design of a simple granite obelisk shown in the epic movie, 2001 A Space Odyssey.

Here is a brilliant analysis of the implications:
